If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must contact Éleva Peptide Labs within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
