Shipping

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence of the damaged item and original packaging must be provided before a replacement can be assessed.
Approved claims may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been delivered.
As product storage, handling and environmental conditions cannot be verified after delivery, we cannot guarantee product integrity once items leave our control.
