Refund policy
At Éleva Peptide Labs, we take great care in packaging and dispatching all orders. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the package, shipping label, and affected products. Where appropriate, a replacement product will be provided.
Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered successfully and are no longer under our control.
Once an order has been received, we cannot verify how products have been stored, handled, transported, reconstituted, or otherwise managed. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or a fulfilment error has occurred on our part.
Claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted outside this period may not be eligible for review.
