Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assess any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the product
  • Clear photographic evidence of the external packaging
  • Order number and contact details

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

While we will assist where possible, Éleva Peptide Labs cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and is not responsible for carrier delays, service interruptions or events outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct prior to completing checkout.

Éleva Peptide Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
